Orders can be placed online via our website or by email. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Accepted payment methods include payment of the pro forma sales invoice recorded in the company’s sales register (bank transfer to the company’s bank details under the management of our general accountant). Our pro forma invoices are issued by our accounting department.

6. Delivery and Logistics
Through our extensive transportation network, we offer secure national and international delivery in compliance with our customer regulations. Delivery costs are calculated based on the dimensions (weight and size) of the items, following guidelines and depending on the distance. Shipping costs are manually set for each item.

7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in their original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by the company if the product originally described does not match the one delivered.

Our machines have a 2-year warranty.
